About the Knife

Quin Barhaug is a custom knifemaker whose blades are built with the same intentionality you'd expect from any serious craftsman. This 6" Santoku was made for precision work, including cutting sashimi on the road from a motorhome kitchen. It deserved a case worthy of the journey.
